Service Description
Basic Two-Hour Birthday Package For up to 20 children Starting at $200 + Additional guests: $10 per child Included in this package: Picnic tables and tents for your party space (2 hours) - Interactive animal feeding experience - A photo opportunity with one of our rescue animals - A fun sticker craft activity for the kids Two-Hour Birthday Package + Tractor Ride Upgrade For up to 20 children Starting at $250 + Additional guests: $10 per child This upgraded package includes everything from the Basic Package, PLUS: - A tractor ride around the ranch! (Up to 6 kids per ride) *Includes 2 hours of party time + 2 hours of setup time before, and 30 minutes after for clean-up *Additional Info: Party hosts provide their own tablecloths, plates, utensils, food, drinks, and cake. -Tables and benches are included. -Handwashing station provided.
Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds for weather, but we’re happy to reschedule your party at no extra charge. Cancellations made 30+ days in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once (pending availability). No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit the booking. One-time reschedules must be made at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling within 7 days may include a $50 fee. Thank you for understanding — each party supports our rescued animals!
